Be in touch

It has been almost 5 years since I came out of college. One thing that most people find difficult is to keep in touch with friends from school and college. They somehow loose contact even with orkut and facebook :) When they come across after a long time there is some kind of a barrier developed by time and it reflects in the way they get along. I know life has to move on and you can't have your friends forever. It would be really stupid to think so, unless you start a venture together and remain as business partners ... :)

I have even seen some of the best friends end up in a "Hi-Bye" relationship. This is not only due to the competitive world that we are in today. The major reason is that we expect a lot out of our friends even after we take different paths in life which is impossible. I have lost few good friends this way. The best way to continue the friendship is just to begin where you left. Enjoy every moment you spend with them together after a long time instead of getting in to complaining mode fighting that they didn't make any efforts to be in touch with you. Just cherish the moments that you get in this competitive and mechanical world. I hope that all my friends read this and I hope to cherish all the moments that I get with them in the future.

Love you all.  Try to be in touch .... :)

Disclaimer :
This is only for those value each others friendship and have little time to get together in this busy world. It is totally stupid to touch base with someone who does not value your friendship and I would never ever do that for sure...

Just because we feel that they are our friends, we try to touch base with them. Somehow we become cheap for them when we only do this (without any reciprocation from the other end).

Thus we are taken for granted. Its better to stay disconnected in those scenarios rather getting hurt more. Because the pain of IGNORANCE is too much :( :( :( - Venkatesh.R

Well this blog is only for those who appreciate each other but have no time for each other due to professional reasons…

What u say is abt someone who is not appreciating ur friendship….. trying to touch base with them is stupidity and I will never do that…..

Naga,
Keeping in touch part has to come from both sides da basically!

how many times will u think of pinging your friend in US who always claims to be busy with studies but you see him more in fb or orkut!!

I think friendship is like a twine which has to be held from both sides.

Couple of my best friends are not here now and i cherish the moments when there were in India!!

Its time to move on!! :)

Beautiful template da!!
100 marks for that!!

As i have told in earlier comment it is only for the 2 who values each others friendship and do not find time to be in touch,.... Not fro someone who is bust minting money and is least bothered abt you :)
